Standard units include: Up-dated furnishings, color TV, VCR or DVD
player, CD and radio, , Hide-a-bed sofa or full-size futon sofa, 2 beach
chairs and 4 beach towels. Deluxe units also include: Air conditioning, 2 TVs or washer/dryer,
styrofoam cooler and blow dryer.

A Reservation fee of $25 applies to all reservations and is non-refundable.

3 night minimum stay 1/7 to 12/15, 10 night minimum stay 12/15 to1/7.

Deposits
Reservations must be secured by a $200.00 deposit or more, $400.00 deposit for 28 days or more. Balance due 45 days prior to arrival.
While every
effort will be made to honor your request, all reservations are
subject to change for other causes beyond our control.
Cancellation Policy
HIGH & LOW SEASONS
When this agreement has been
cancelled 45 days or more prior to the date of arrival, there is a $100 cancellation fee.
Any remainder of the deposit will be refunded.
If cancelled 30 days prior to
arrival, you will be charged a minimum of 4 nights unless the unit can be re-rented at the full rate.
A cancellation 14 days or less prior to arrival will result in
forfeiture of all monies paid.
Under no circumstances are changed dates,
shortened stays or no-shows allowed.
